Loyalty® packs years of experience into standard-setting programs to retrieve economy & flexibility while
remaining right on cue for quality, professionalism and care! Our services are an ideal option for a wide variety
of pets. There are many factors to weigh when considering the appropriate form of relief, exercise,
socialization, enrichment and vacation care for your furry family and Loyalty's registration process includes a
professional evaluation that will help discern the best choice for you. Loyalty® charges a one-time $35.00
New Client Registration fee only after a successful evaluation & you choose us as your care provider. The
in-home registration meeting with our team (with at a minimum a manager and your primary care provider) is
free of charge if you choose not to move forward. For the comfort of you and your pet and the safety of our
employees, the in-home registration meeting is required before services can commence.
Direct Access. Loyalty® clients enjoy direct communication with our sitters: the individuals entering into,
caring for and forming a relationship with your cat. Access to your sitter via email, text or phone, begins three
days prior to your first scheduled visit and doesn't end until you have arrived home to a happy, healthy,
contented cat. And if there are any issues that arise, at any time a sitter is in the field, a manager is engaged
and available to support them, or you, in any question - big or small. $15.00 per project sitter booking &
communication fee applies to ensure the communication you receive is of the highest quality possible.
The Cat Cashmere™
Either a luxurious option for the most pampered among us, or an extended session for complex routine
performance for your personal "pride", this 60- minute visit, includes all of our standard basics - during which
time each cat will be assessed for wellness, all litter scooped, examined for baseline health and disposed, food
fed and water fully rinsed and refreshed - and then some. Because cats hide illness we monitor litter box
activity closely during all cat sitting projects. We build a solid enrichment routine that is individualized for each
cat as we get to know and bond with them and their desires dictate what this routine is! Routine attention
paid to your home's upkeep and security, as required. This is a luxurious 60-minute + visit dependent upon
needs and circumstances. Cats require a minimum of one visit per 24-hour period. $39.98 per visit,
parking, medication or other fees may apply.
The Cat Complimented™
Leveling up from our standard Contented service, this is a 45- minute visit, during which time each cat will be
assessed for wellness, all litter scooped, examined for baseline health and disposed, food fed and water fully
rinsed and refreshed. Because cats hide illness we monitor litter box activity closely during all cat sitting
projects. We build a solid enrichment routine that is individualized for each cat as we get to know and bond

minus additional time for enrichment & socialization. The length of this service is 15-minutes, during which
time each cat up to two total, will be assessed for wellness, all litter scooped and disposed, food fed and water
fully rinsed and refreshed. Because cats hide illness we monitor litter box activity closely during all cat sitting
projects. This service is particularly well suited for shy cats and short, two to three day trips,however it can
easily be interchanged and rotated with our standard visit as an economical alternative for a wide variety of
reasons. $19.98 per visit, parking, medication or other fees may apply.
