Loyalty Pet Care® is OPEN WITH PROTECTIONS for your professional pet care needs.

In home professional pet care services are considered a "low-risk" category in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  As of this date, we are
maintaining operations in our entire service area in accordance with all guidelines and mandates from the Governor of Virginia, Forward
Virginia, the Virginia Employment Commission, the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry and the Virginia Department of Health.  You
can explore the requirements that all Virginia business owners must follow throughout this crisis in the below links.

It is important that we notify you as a potential new or a trusted long time client of several additional precautions we are now implementing
to protect the safety of our most important resource - our employees.

  • Just as our employees are required to socially distance themselves, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), wash and sanitize
surfaces, we require these same actions of you - our clients.
  • Just as our employees are required to take their temperature on a daily basis, report and stay home if they are ill, report to us
immediately if they or someone within their household tests positive or is suspected to be positive with Covid-19, we require these
same communications of you - our clients.
  • To remain in compliance with Contact Tracing mandates on Virginia businesses, should one of our employees result in a positive test,
we are required by law under penalty of fines and loss of license to report that positive test and any possible exposures to others
within 24-hours to the following parties in this order:
  1. their fellow employees with whom they have directly worked,
  2. employees who have worked within the same workplace environment as them,
  3. clients whose homes and pets they have worked with,
  4. property managers of multi-unit properties they have been within,
  5. the Virginia Department of Health and
  6. should 3 or more employees test positive the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry.

There is no, known to us at this time, requirement for our clients who reside in multi-unit properties (i.e. high rise, garden, shared lobby
style condominium or apartment homes) or the Property Managers of those properties to in return notify Loyalty Pet Care (as a contractor
engaged directly with client) or our employees within 24-hours if they receive notification of positive tests within their property.  Until there
exists a clear process for contact tracing in the reverse to also protect Virginia Businesses, we are only accepting new clients in properties
with private egress or clients who reside in a multi-unit property within which we have another existing active client and a positive and clear
relationship with the property management with whom we have reviewed and approved their own sterilization and management process for
the duration of this crisis.

We have taken many extra steps to protect the health and safety of your family of humans and pets and our employees and continue to
pivot as this crisis evolves.
